Author Visit

Janet Tashjian and her son Jake came to visit our school.  We were so excited to meet a real author and illustrator!!  They shared with us the process of writing and illustrating a book.  Jake even drew us a Texas version of Einstein from their book Einstein the Class Hamster.

Pumpkin Patch

We had a blast on our field trip to the Pumpkin Patch!!!  We picked out a pumpkin, found our way through a hay maze, went on a hayride, fed the farm animals and had a picnic!
